XAR 600
This material specification applies to 4mm – 40mm thick plates of wear-resistant special structural steel XAR 600. The extraordinary high resistance to abrasion of XAR 600 results from a special water quenching process.
XAR 500
Wear Resistant Steel - XAR 500 is available in 3mm to 100 mm solid plates and is made up of fine-grained micro structure. Nitrogen is immersed to form nitrides through Al and, where pertinent, Ti. Offered XAR 500 steel is formable and easily weldable. This steel is available for higher abrasive wear and gives excellent toughness properties for reliable performance.
XAR 450

This grade is a upgraded version of XAR400 with abrasion resistant characteristic improved, the working temperature remains below 400℃.
XAR 400
This grade is the most commonly used steel grade with normal abrasion resistant level, it has extraordinary cold formability and weldablity, its abrasion resistant property doesn’t get weekend when the temperature is below 400℃.
Welten 780E-LT
WELTEN 780 Steel Plates are applicable in chemical and marine industries. Their resistant properties make them applicable. Such industries are some of the sectors where working atmospheres are extremely corrosive. The corrosion-resistant is an important attribute of these plates. They don’t get rusted through various harmful toxic agents. These agents are acid, oxidizing, reducing, and inorganic in nature. The typical chemicals that are used involve acetic, organic, chlorine, sulfur, and more. Corroding via chemicals completely damage plates but WELTEN 780 Tempered and Quenched Plate show no effect.
Strenx 700MC
Strenx 700 MC is a hot-rolled structural cold-forming steel with a minimum yield strength of 700 MPa intended to give stronger and lighter structures. Strenx 700 MC meet or exceed the requirements of S700MC in EN 10149-2. Typical applications are a wide range of components and parts for example demanding load bearing structures.

Strenx 700 MC is available in thicknesses of 2.00-10.00 mm and widths up to 1600 mm as coils, slit coils or cut to length sheets in lengths up to 16 meters.

Stan-Weather is high strength, low alloy weldable structural steel with exceptional weathering resistance.
Stainless Steel Welded Pipes ASTM A312 Type 304
The SS 304 Welded Pipe is stronger and is made from strips or plates of the same grade of material. The material has good general corrosion resistance and is used in general corrosive services. The high heat tolerance of the material makes it applicable in boiler and heat exchanger applications such as the ASTM A312 TP304 ERW Pipe. The different specifications cover pipes for different application requirements and the A312 specification is for welded and seamless pipes of high temperature and high pressure vessel applications such as boilers. The ASME SA 312 Grade 304 Square Pipe another such pipe that comes in square shape.
Stainless Steel Sheet/Coils ASTM A240 TP 409 (HR)
The product is widely used in the applications with the exhaust system of automobiles and those demanding weldability. The production of the product is done by making use of good quality of alloy that is sourced from reliable market vendors. Under the strict supervision of the professional team the production is done to assure error-free outcome. The industry is assuring in offering product in different specifications so all the applications that a client could require for satisfying all its application demands. To global patrons, the product is offered at reasonable rates.
Stainless Steel Sheet/Coils ASTM A240 TP 409 (CR)
TYPE 409 STAINLESS STEEL is especially useful for applications requiring oxidation or corrosion protection beyond the capability of carbon steel and some coated steels. Current uses include automotive and truck exhaust systems, tubular manifolds, agricultural spreaders, gas turbine exhaust silencers, heat exchangers and fuel filters. This alloy provides good oxidation and corrosion resistance for automotive and non-automotive exhaust applications. AK Steel 409 ULTRA FORM Stainless Steel was created to meet more severe forming requirements than typical Type 409 and is particularly suitable for parts requiring more complex shapes and improved weldability.
Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes ASTM A312 Type 316 / 316L
Stainless Steel 316 Seamless Pipes are made from between 70 % to 90 % recycled materials are fully recyclable at the end of their lifecycles. Our dedicated teams are always easy to get in touch with, where we are here to support you all the way from materials selection to end use, helping you to get the best result possible from our Stainless Steel 316L Welded Pipes. The cold – rolled precision strips of heat – resistant Stainless Steel 316 EFW Pipes in widths are narrower for demanding technical applications. The demand requirements placed on Stainless Steel 316L ERW Pipes that we supply require us to have a close relationship with our customers and a deep understanding of their products. Everything we manufacture of Stainless Steel 316 Round Pipes is made to tightly defined tolerances in terms of tension strength, flatness, surface texture, and more. We offer services for Stainless Steel 316L Square Pipes including tailored grades, polishing, cut to length and eddy current testing. Because Stainless Steel 316 Rectangular Pipes is more resistant to corrosion, our products far outlast carbon steel alternatives. Solution annealing in Stainless Steel 316L Electropolish Pipes should be done after hot working.
Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes ASTM A312 Type 304 / 304L
The SS 304 alloy steel is used in the development of the pipe and tubes. However, the alloy is made up of chromium and nickel contents which are providing the pipes and tubes various properties. In addition to this, the SS 304L is the low carbon content than the 304 alloy steel. This is the way that it is good at having the intergranular corrosion resistance ability. In the same way, the SS 304H is the high-temperature application used alloy which is there with the high-temperature strength and the ability to work in the elevated temperatures.
Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes ASTM A312 Type 304
ASTM A312 TP 304 / 304L Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes Grade of the most versatile and commonly used stainless steels on the market, Grade 304 stainless steel is the most standard used alloy of this type. Essentially, Grade 304 is an austenitic chromium alloy which is also known as an "18/8" stainless as the make-up of the steel is 18% chromium and 8% nickel.

Type 304L is a lower carbon variant of Grade 304-the steel can be welded without the resulting issue of carbon precipitation (precipitation of chromium carbide as heat is applied during the welding process which depletes the chromium element of the steel thus reducing its anti-corrosive/oxidation effectiveness).
Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes ASME/ASTM SA/A-312 Type 304H
ASTM A312 Gr Tp304h is a high carbon version of the Tp304 material. It is an austenitic stainless steel stabilized with titanium for better strength and corrosion resistance properties. The ASTM A312 Tp 304h material also has small amounts of molybdenum, nitrogen, niobium and other elements. The main components of ASTM A312 304h are the carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and chromium. Our A312 304h products come in different types, shapes and sizes. We produce A312 Tp304h pipes for high temperature services with high toughness. The wear and tear resistance of the SA312 Tp304h material is high because of the high carbon content.

304H Stainless Steel Pipes has some of the best features such as Optimum quality, Durability, Perfect finish, and more. Providing higher strength in Stainless Steel 304H ERW Pipes than both austenitic and 22 % Cr Stainless Steels is suited to a variety of applications in industries such as Chemical Processing, Oil & Gas, and Marine environments.
