Carbon Steel Plates IS:2062 E250BR
IS 2062 E250BR PLATES are used in various industries like chemical and petrochemical companies, offshore and oil drilling companies, power generation systems, marine industry, pharmaceutical industry, and many more. These plates are also used in a heat exchanger, heat treatment, gas process, oil and gas industry, seawater application, pulp, and paper industry, etc. These plates are used in many types of equipment like boiler equipment, hospital equipment, food process, etc as well.

IS 2062 E250BR PLATES are highly resistive to local and general corrosion as compare to standard grades. These plates offer resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion in adverse environments. Mainly, these plates are recommended for halide and chloride containing environments even in the elevated temperatures. These plates offer great features such as tensile strength, higher creep strength, stress to rupture strength and more. Importantly, it is resistive to atmospheric corrosion. These plates have good general corrosion resistance and somewhat better resistance in strong oxidizing conditions. It has great resistance to intergranular attacks in the exposure of chromium carbide precipitation range. These plates have great oxidation resistance and creep strength. Moreover, this grade possesses good low temperature toughness. These plates are developed for improved higher strength at higher temperatures. However, this alloy cannot be hardened by the heat treatment process, the only the cold working process is recommended. These plates are readily weldable and processed by standard shop fabrication process.
Stainless Steel Plates ASTM A240 TP 310S
Stainless steel 310S plate is more deterioration immune than the majority of warmth resistant alloys. 310/310S Sheets & Plates are readily fabricated by standard industrial procedures. In comparing to carbon steel, stainless-steels are harder and also often tend to work harden quickly.
Alloy Steel Seamless Pipes ASTM A335 Grade P22
The A335 P22 is a seamless pipe made from a ferritic alloy stainless steel. Chemically, the alloy of SA335 P22 material contains carbon, manganese, sulphur, silicon and phosphorous in trace amounts. The main additives in the alloy are chromium and molybdenum, which gives stainless steel superior mechanical properties. Properties like tensile strength, corrosion resistance, hardness, etc are enhanced and increased. The brittleness due to the addition of chromium is reduced by molybdenum.

Therefore, the SA335 P22 pipe has been created to cater to high pressure and temperature requirements across many industries. Applications of the ASTM A335 P22 alloy steel pipe includes industries like marine or sea water equipment, heat exchangers, condensers, off-shore oil drilling companies, power generation, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, gas processing, pulp and paper industry.
Alloy Steel Seamless Pipes ASTM A335 / ASME SA 335 Grade P91
P91 is a chrome moly alloy metal that contains excellent strength and temperature resistance. It is designed for enhanced creep strength, making it a creep strength enhanced ferritic (CSEF). This metal is made by normalizing at 1050 °C, air cooling to 200 °C, and then tempered through heating to 760 °C. This process is the main reason behind P91’s creep strength and durability. P91 stands for the metal’s composition of 9% chrome and 1% molybdenum plus vanadium. The chrome increases temperature strength and oxidation resistance. The molybdenum increases the elasticity, resistance to wear, and high temperature creep strength.

A335/SA335 P91 is a ferritic alloy steel that has very high strength properties, which do not deteriorate with time, and are creep resistant. It is also called 9 Cr 1 Mo steel, or chrome moly pipe, based on its composition.
