Stancor's Personal Development Program

With the completion of your education you have demonstrated the ability to successfully deal with new subjects and matters. Therewith you have acquired a strong foundation for your first successful steps in professional life.

However, apart from the acquired expert knowledge you will also need a variety of other competencies to be successful in your professional life. With our Stancor's Foundation Programs we would like to give you the opportunity to acquire these competencies.


Stancor's Foundation Programs

Stancor's Foundation Programs are start-up programs. A structured communication of knowledge as well as the development and enhancement of systematic approaches and social skills are a priority in all of our activities. Like all of our FORWARD programs, Stancor's Foundation Programs are aligned with the Stancor's AG competency model. The English-speaking Stancor's Foundation Programs last approximately 12 to 15 months and seminars are held several times a year and can be joined at any time throughout the year.

In the internationally-focused Foundation Program, we concentrate on soft skills and personal development issues in an intercultural work environment. The participants attend 3 modules of 4 days each and are coached by a team with international experience.


The Stancor's Foundation Programs promote the integration of new employees. The seminars teach structured knowledge and systematically build on and develop methodological and interpersonal skills. Completing the program as a group enhances the networking effect and gives employees the chance to connect with others across company borders.

Target Group

Stancor's Foundation Programs are targeted at high potentials and trainees with a university degree as well as high performers with vocational training (engineering, administration) from all Group companies. For the Stancor 's International Training Program we additionally expect an international working background. 


The program content is mostly non-technical and designed to expand soft skills and key qualifications. The international program is held in English, a language test in advance is compulsory.
